If you already have or plan to make reservations to arrive Friday May 25th, 2012 you may be able to set up your camper and pre-register a day early at no extra charge. Firewood Update!
Despite the efforts of the Dept. of Agriculture the Emerald Ash Borer has reached our area. We have discovered the Ash Borer in our park, luckily it will only effect a small percentage of trees in our campground. However, it has come to our attention that the Asian Longhorned Beetle has been found in a bordering county. This insect will infest and kill a much wider variety of hardwood trees than the Ash Borer. It is a real threat to the health and beauty of our park and our region. The quickest way for these insects to spread is by moving firewood from one area to another.
